Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping charge of ₹60 on all the orders. 
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro / remote locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pin codes

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain high-value orders or locations

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
