Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Please share your Order ID and clear images (if the product is damaged or incorrect).

Return Pickup

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup
  • For all other returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Quality Check

  • Returned products undergo a quality check.
  • If the product does not meet our return criteria, the refund/exchange may be declined.
